My girls turned SIX today… Even as I am writing it, it still feels a bit surreal – I have SIX YEAR OLD GIRLS!  They amaze me every single day – they are funny, kind, intelligent, caring, thoughtful, observant, beautiful and sweet.

I love how much they love their ‘snuggly’ toys and blankets. and how obsessed they are with My Little Pony.  I love their very elaborate themes to make their beds (today their beds are made in the ‘birthday party theme’) and elaborate games they come up with.   I love that they have dreams of unicorns and ponies.  I love that they’ve read their ‘Elephant and Piggy’ books at least a billion times and and that they make different voices when they read them.   I love their unique sense of style and love of accessories.  I love their contagious laughter and wacky silly faces.  I love how innocent and sweet they are.  I just love them:)

And I wanted to capture this huge milestone so a few days ago I took them to the studio with a small selection of their favorite books and toys.  I love how these images came out and how well they reflect my girls at this age.
