What is a Signature Session?

My Signature Session is an experience designed to capture your family: depth of love, quiet moments, sweet connections, toothy grins, belly laughs and everything in between. The resulting lifestyle family photography images will allow you always to re-live the unique blend of feelings and moments that defined that chapter of your life – that specific ‘now’.

With a Signature Session you get a Pre-session consultation, your actual photo shoot and your Ordering session.

At your Pre-Session Consultation, which can be done over the phone or in person, I will learn about your family and your children, we will talk about the look you envision for your images and discuss locations for your photo shoot. I will also give you guidance regarding what colors and types of clothes work best for a session and will help you pick the perfect outfits for your family.

The photo shoot itself is relaxed and slow paced and last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. You don’t need to pose or smile on command; you won’t feel ‘stiff’ or self-conscious. Instead I create a playful environment and observe you spending time together as a family, taking images along the way. We can split up a Signature Session between several locations such as your home and your favorite park. Signature Sessions can take place anywhere in Northern New Jersey or New York Metro area; travel fee may apply to other locations.

At your Ordering Session, which is done at our photography studio, you will have 60+  hand-edited images to choose from. I will work with you to help you select images and products that will work best for your home and your style.   Design services are including in all Signature Sessions.

Investment

The Creative Fee  for local weekday Signature Sessions is $1000 and $1200 for a NYC and Hoboken sessions (add $150 for weekends).  This fee includes a $500 credit towards your order.     Sessions outside of Bergen County may require an additional travel fee.  Creative fee covers an immediate family of up to 5 people;  each additional person is $50.  It includes all three appointments, digital dark room processing of your images as well as local travel.

A full selection of highest quality Boutique Products such as gallery-wrapped canvases, framed and metal prints, deluxe custom designed albums, is available; you can view available products here.  I offer several collections, that are structured around digital images and Wall Art; a-la-carte pricing is available as well.  In general, between high resolution digital images and boutique products my clients invest between $2500 and $5500 in their Signature Session – this includes the initial investment of $1000.

To ensure you get the best experience I strictly limit the number of Signature Sessions I have a month and usually I am booked for 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend sessions.
