Behind the scenes of a PinkleToes photography workshop

Back in January of 2011 I’ve made one of the best investment in my business and took a PinkleToes workshop.  Fast-forward 2.5 years – Michele became a dear dear friend of mine, and I hosted her photography workshop in Ridgewood!   To say it was amazing was an understatement.  I loved meeting other photographers from the area, talking shop, seeing Michele in action, learning tips to speed up my workflow and editing, and just feeling inspired by being surrounded by so many wonderful photographers.

And it was pretty awesome to challenge myself creatively and to try something different during a maternity model photoshoot.

I was too busy hosting, listening, learning and meeting people to take a lot of pictures – and did not end up picking up my camera for most of the workshop.  But I did take a few behind-the-scenes images on the last day.

So if you are a photographer and thinking of investing in education you need to do yourself a favor and sign up for one of the PinkleToes workshops .  They cover everything – from the business side, to editing to photography to marketing from one of the best photographers and the most amazing business person I know!

And now head over to Amy’s website (she is a Boston family lifestyle photographer)  to see what her impressions of the workshops were.
