Victor always takes last week of the year off and lately this time has been my favorite ‘vacation’ of the year even though we don’t go anywhere.  It is so nice to just ‘be’, spend time with each other without having to worry about all the things that need to get done and simply ‘enjoy the small things’.

And enjoying the small things is just what we did last week.  Things like a winter wonderland in our own backyard:

and bundling up and playing in the snow:

and eating waffles at home – Victor turned into quite a waffle maker with his very own secret waffles recipe!

and so many other small things!

This year I am planning to use this this blog not only as a place to showcase sneak peeks from client sessions and share photography news and promotions but also as a place for you to get to know me, the face behind the camera at Live Love Laugh Photos, better.  So expect to see a lot more posts here about me, my family and my other passion – travel!
