I realized I never did a spotlight of this great Ridgewood family session that I had back in the fall!  First I was waiting for the family to make their BIG announcement (see first image in this spotlight!) and then I got so busy with winter sessions that I did not get to it till now.  But better late than never – I really do want to share these images because it was a wonderful session and the images reflect that.

The Mom told me that they were NOT morning people but they took my advice about having their session early in the morning; I am so glad that did because the light was simply stunning!   And despite having to get up early for the session, this family was FUN FUN FUN – I don’t remember last time I laughed so hard at the session.   Future Big Sister K. is such a Daddy’s girl and it was so sweet seeing and capturing them together.  I may be biased (because I have TWO girls) but I think that there is nothing sweeter than Dads and their little girls… it is amazing to see big manly men melting for their girls:)

In her pre-session Questionnaire Mom said that they always have fun, that even trips to Home Depot are fun – and I can definitely see that from a little glimpse I had into their life.  I love capturing the love they have for each other and cannot wait to see them as a family of FOUR!
