Here is a session spotlight of a fall family photo session I had in Wyckoff a couple of weeks ago.  I’ve been photographing this family for 5 years now – ever since J. was just two years old.  We first met when we moved to Ridgewood and have become great friends since.  I love watching  J. change and grow and honored that her parents choose me to document and photograph her year after year.

This year J’s parents really wanted to capture her BEFORE she lost her top teeth.  I definitely get that – (I was the same way with my children and had to schedule our family session ahead of the fall foliage last year because Mia’s top tooth was very wiggly!   Two day after this session, J.’s Dad sent me a picture of her smiling without her top tooth!   So the timing for their session could not have been more perfect!

As you can see from the images below, to say that she has a big personality is an understatement..:)  She is funny, witty and entertaining and I am glad that I was able to capture all different expressions and sides of her.
