It may sound cliche but being a family photographer, right here in Bergen County, I love building relationships with my clients and watching their kids grow.  Sessions when clients come back to me for a repeat photo session are always very special to me.  Sessions when I  get to see ‘my newborns’ become big brothers or sisters are even more special.

So this family photoshoot promised to be very near and dear to my heart because last time I  photographed this family, baby A. was just a baby a few months old and now she was a bit girl of almost 2.5 and a big sister to boot!  We were supposed to have a newborn family photo session for her little sister L. but then COVID 19 happened and everything was put on hold.  But, like I  told her Mom, when we finally were able to do this session, we appreciated it so much more!  This was my first session ‘back’ working with clients and I cannot tell you how great it felt to be doing what I  love to do!  And even though there were a few things I  definitely won’t miss once all of this is over (like wearing a mask, keeping my distance, using a hand sanitizer before I walked into their house, not touching absolutely anything and keeping my time indoors to a minimum) I  am thrilled that I  can work with clients again and capture their silver linings like spending a lot more time together as a family and having fun in their own back yard!
