I cannot believe I have not blogged this Wyckoff fall Signature family session till now! But it is better later than never right:) I loved photographing these guys – it was my first photo session with them and I had a blast. These girls were HILARIOUS and full of personalities – as you can see from the pictures. They were cracking each other (and ME!) up! There was lots of jumping, running, twirling and leaf fights. I captured so many fun images and huge grins but I am glad that I was able to capture more serious and thoughtful sides of these beautiful sisters.

I’ve photographed so many sweet kids during Live Love Laugh Photos winter wonderland holiday mini sessions at my Ridgewood photography studio! This was the first time I met these beautiful sisters. Their Mom said that the little one was a bit shy but within a few minutes with me, she was giggling, playing with me and throwing snowballs! I think both of them had a blast, don’t you? 🙂

Can I tell you how much I LOVED this session? A LOT! I loved everything about it – seeing one of my favorite Ridgewood families for their annual family photo session and seeing how much their kids have grown, having a pumpkin patch all to ourselves, beautiful light, a perfect fall morning, and capturing new images as well as re-creating some of the images we do with this family year after year. I cannot say enough how lucky I am that I have great clients like that who come back to me year after year to get their family pictures!
Every time I see these kids I feel so loved! After the session they asked me if I could go home in THEIR car and I said I was not able to because I had to drive my own car. They found a solution right away – they asked their MOM to drive my car so that I could go with them:)
Having done a photo session at their house, in a park and in downtown (this is their fourth session with me) we wanted to try something different this year and what can be better than having a fall family photo session at a farm in a pumpkin patch?! I called local farms (fortunately there are a lot of them around Ridgewood!) and was able to arrange for them to open the place early – just for us. The weather cooperated, Ms. E choice of an outfit (she is only 3 but has a very strong sense of fashion!) worked very well with our location, and everybody had a blast picking pumpkins and exploring a hay maze!
Now the bar has been set really high – need to find a location that can be this one for their family photo session next year:) Suggestions anyone? 🙂
